Integrated Three-Working-Position Load Switch
The circuit breaker uses a load switch instead of an isolating switch, making it safer and more reliable. The fully enclosed design on one side protects against accidental contact. The mechanical interlocking with electrical display meets the five-proof requirements and provides indication of the incoming and outgoing line status.
Reliable Operation: The fully enclosed design uses a gas tank welded from 3 mm stainless steel plates, with all 10 kV switches and live busbars sealed inside the gas tank. The matching silicone cable connectors provide fully insulated and fully enclosed cable connections, preventing the elastic operating mechanism from being affected by dust, moisture, small animals, and other external environmental factors. The manually or electrically operated panels use galvanized sheet metal with mimic diagrams to indicate the switch positions. The surface is electrostatically painted to enhance corrosion resistance and increase the safe pressure range of the SF6 gas inside the pressure vessel.

The XBSRM-12 fully insulated, fully enclosed metal-enclosed switchgear is installed on a galvanized sheet metal frame. The switch units are housed in an SF6 gas tank, which is made of a 3 mm thick stainless steel plate with anti-corrosion and non-magnetic properties. SF6 gas is a "pressure-sealed system" and can operate for 20 years under normal working conditions. The normal operating pressure of SF6 gas is 0.015~0.04 MPa. The gas tank is equipped with a pressure relief device, which ensures that the gas is released from the front or rear of the gas tank when excessive pressure occurs.
